Norfolk Cetaceans – 14th January 2017

I went to inspect a bone yesterday found on the 14th January by the wardens at Holme NWT out at Gore Point after the storm surge. It turned out to be the upper right jawbone of a SPERM WHALE 3.95m in length. This is probably another piece of one of the whales that was stranded at Hunstanton last January/February that was buried and now has been unearthed by the storm.
