A HUMPBACK WHALE has again been showing well but distantly off Sea Palling for most of the morning and into the afternoon. The animal has been diving deeper for food today showing it’s flukes repeatedly. It is best looked for by standing on the dunes to the north of the ramp behind the reef café and looking slightly to the left over the nearest stone reef. Spotting scope or binoculars are essential.
